Between Danger and Rescue: Rapid Response to Evacuate At-Risk Families in Douris

Following an alert of a potential strike targeting a site in the town of Douris on March 4, 2026, Al-Shifaa Medical and Humanitarian Services teams in Baalbek responded swiftly to ensure public safety. The teams evacuated a number of families from the threatened area and relocated them to safer locations, in an effort to protect lives and reduce risks.
