Al-Shifaa Participates in Malaysia’s 68th National Day Celebration

Al-Shifaa Medical and Humanitarian Services participated in the celebration of Malaysia’s 68th National Day, upon invitation from the Malaysian Embassy in Lebanon. The event was held at the Mövenpick Hotel in Beirut, in the presence of the Minister of Information, Mr. Paul Morcos, along with a number of ambassadors and political and religious figures.

Representing the association at this occasion were the Executive Director, Dr. Majdi Krayyem, and the Public Relations Manager, Mr. Youssef Al-Khalil.

During the event, the Malaysian Ambassador delivered a speech highlighting the MTCP project (Medical and First Aid Capacity Development Program) aimed at supporting Lebanon’s healthcare sector. The project was implemented in partnership with Al-Shifaa and funded by Mercy Malaysia, emphasizing the importance of humanitarian and health cooperation between the two countries.
