First aid and civil defense teams - Beirut, affiliated with Al-Shifa , headed to the Al-Mulla area in Beirut following a raid targeting a residential building. The teams worked to extinguish the fires and carry out search and rescue operations, in addition to providing field first aid and treating suffocation cases resulting from the fire.
